I just wanted to share my good news that, with the help of the guides on this site my husband has been awarded enhanced living and mobility PIP just as a date was being set for a tribunal!
thank you Benefitsandwork, keep up the great support and help for everyone.

Great News P55 !! :cheer:

I am really pleased that The DWP DM made the correct decision, therefore avoiding the necessity of an Appeals Tribunal Hearing !

Well done for successfully challenging the adverse decision, and thank you very much for your complimentary comments regarding B & W ! :)

That's great news Petal, I'm really glad that you didn't have to go through a tribunal. Thanks for letting us know and for your kind words about B+W :)
