Unable personally to get to a jobcentre unless husband is around to get me there. No doubt they will not acept just him turning up and it is quite a distance from us.

We are not entitled to any IR top ups as he works ( altho he was made redundant last week from his 3 or 4 day a week job, he still has a few self employed work coming in which will take us over the threshold)

They should know I live with my husband and that he works and therefore are not eligeable to claim any IR topups unfortunately.

I shall send the originals along with the letter telling them to return my paperwork as it is easier.
My MP is arriving in a week or so after the Budget to discuss how it will affect me and I shall raise the problem re originals being asked for in the post and show him the abrupt letters sent to one and all.

I wonder PCM, if you or anyone else in the same boat get a spare minute, is there any kind of correlation with regard to your anticipated reassessment date (s)?

Gordon, may I ask, if one of these forms were received and you required, say, a letter from a solicitor to authenticate your finances, would the DWP accept an accompanying letter of explanation that, said letter would follow at a later date do you think?

Some paperwork’s impossible to get your hands on in a week!!!!!!!!

I receive one of my pensions via the internet so print out info as I need, hard then to work out what's an original. Not yet heard back after sending all documentation but hubby did receive a letter this morning with the usual blurb "we have looked at your claim again....." , money exactly the same. The P60 I photocopied on the printer. No way I would send originals.

Timeline of benefits to date.

DLA HR care/mobility since 2005 Indefinite
IB from 1999 until first ESA I think in 2011.
They put me in the WRAG, (No Medical just paper trail) I managed to get into SG CB for 18 months ( Oct 2013) after apealing with help from MP.
Received a new ESA in June 2013 and sent a'book' plus the completed form and was placed into the SG CB straight away without a Medical,.
Next ESA due in July 2016 for Oct 2016.
