Attended medical this afternoon full of nerves and trepidation. I was signed off IB in may 2012 with an award of 0 points for all.
Found this site which helped with my appeal process of 16 months and prepared me for the tribunal.
went on to be awarded 15 points and SG group with a recommend of 12 month review. This review was today and was I nervous?
Attended the centre 10 mins early as stated on the appointment letter, waited 10 mins after appointment time to be called by the most humane caring human being (nurse). she was superb throughout.
she had read my file and knew what my condition involves as she trained as a nurse on the same type of surgical ward.
10 -15 mins into the interview she shuffles all her papers together and asks to be excused as she needs to speak to a supervisor.
Came back and said me and my wife need to get ready as all is done and she didn't need to go any further with the examination and keep us any longer and that we have a great day

This site has helped in my condition not worsening due to stress as it gives all of us the strength to fight and carry on regardless of the obstacles put up in front of us by Government.
It bloody invigorates me when I know the enemy is approaching but I have as much knowledge behind me if not more than they do.

One thing I would add regards presentation of medical evidence is to have it organised in the correct order.
