TOPIC: DLA TRIBUNAL

DLA TRIBUNAL 4 years 1 month ago #141975

Hi Gordon, Just to let you know I went to my Tribunal in September (date on earlier post).
I am happy to say I WON, with funds to be paid back to November 2014. Thanks for all
the help, from your information guides to posted comments.

Thanks,
Buddi :woohoo:

Hi B,

Congratulations on winning your Appeal, and thanks for the positive feedback !! :cheer:

You can expect it to take anywhere up to 6-8 weeks for the Tribunal's decision to be actioned by The DWP.

The more the amount of back pay involved, the longer that it can take !!

Cheers, and well done ! :)
