Next Day Delivery to return ESA form?

I sent my recorded delivery they could not turn round and say they didn't get it because someone has to sigh for it

I found to my cost that everything to DWP should be sent either recorded, signed for or track and traced. They seem to currently be taking up to a week or longer between information arriving with them and their systems being updated with this information as arrived. So, my ESA form which was sent in well enough time to reach them by the deadline was marked as not received due to it being marked as arriving two days after the deadline. As ever, it's the claimant's fault that DWP systems and procedures are such an incompetent mess. I have had to involve my MP and EVERYTHING I send to DWP from now on will be recorded delivery, regardless of the expense. It's true, the DWP seems to be in total chaos just now and is not working properly.
