Asking for mandatory reconsideration was created by Banness
After receiving 0 points at wca I'm now in receipt of the assessors medical report. I am waiting for further evidence/ support from my neurologist.

Do I write to request a mandatory decision and inform them of this or do I start by going through why I disagree .I have read guides but don't know how to start.

We have offered advice when you reported this a week ago.

You have two options, request the MR with a detailed explanation of why you disagree with the Decision or request the MR and tell the DWP that you will be providing a more detailed response later, they should give you four weeks from the date of your MR request to send the information in, it needs to be with them by now.
