Hi I just got off the pohone from my GP and I asked them if DWP have asked for any imformation about me ie medical records and they have looked back to January and they cant see anything being asked for,. Surely then the DM will be making the destion pulrly on my medical next week this cant be right surly

I'm afraid there is no legal requirement for the assessor or the DWP to seek further evidence from your GP or other medical support, they only do this on a minority of claims, perhaps no more than 25%.
If you want your GP's opinions to be considered then you really need them to provide a report or letter for you directly.
