Has this happened to anyone else?

I sent in an 18 page letter to support my Mandatory Reconsideration to the DWP, which missed their new 14 day time period. I asked it just to be added to my file, as I was too late for the MR. I confess I was hoping that someone somewhere might read it and reconsider. But I didn't say this.

The Decision Maker then sent a copy of my own letter back to me in case I wanted to make an appeal. Just the 18 page letter nothing else. (???) But she ADDRESSED IT TO MY NEIGHBOUR'S HOUSE. He then opened it, and now knows all the details of the crime i fell victim to, which gave me the PTSD which is part of what I am claiming for. He passed it on to me. But he was visibly shaken by it's details.

Has this happened to anyone else? Obviously I complained and contacted the Information Commisioner's Office. But my neighbour is a sweet old gossip and his wife is deaf. They spread info about others all round my terrace, loudly. It isn't malicious. But there's no way to stop it spreading.

I kind of want to be alone in this, and then again i want someone else to tell me it happened to them and they were fine. It was so violent. It was so vile. Hardly anyone knows about it, and I don't want my child being told the details by someone else before I've had a chance to wait for her to be grown up enough to underdstand.
