Oh boy this government knows knows how to mess with people, just gone through PIP and now got to go through ESA, I shouldn't really complain, I was told in November 2012 that my claim was for only 2 years and we are now in 2018. I see there are a few more questions to answer than the last claim. I just need to know this if somebody can help me please, we filled the initial forms out ourselves and I had a f2f and then when the first claim ran out we filled in the ESA50 without any help, I have always been in the support group, is it a good idea to put what we put last time if there has been no change or do we need to word it differently, obviously where things have got worse we need to put that, also do we have to go through another f2f, I am more scared of this because Capita lied about the whole of my PIP. Thanks

Hi Gordon

We found the guides over the weekend, I think they are a god send, we looked at what we put last time and we have changed what we put, but only to add more information or it was changed because what we put last time wasn't good, but with your guides I think we have nailed it. Also my husband has found that using the online form is helping him as he hates writing because he is left handed and it is hard to read sometimes, we are hoping he can get them finished tonight and in tomorrows post. I think we have learnt a lot from PIP and we feel what we are putting in for ESA a lot easier although they are different questions.
