DLA to PIP was created by Gordon Lathan

I represented my son at a tribunal a couple of weeks ago for the change from DLA to PIP. At his assessment, the assessor marked answers to questions that she didn't even ask him! He was awarded 0 points by the assessor. At the tribunal, this was overturned, and he was awarded 23 points in total! What a change, but it wouldn't have been possible without the knowledge that I gained from your site. Please keep up the good work - there are many people out there needing help for this nasty changeover, and I tell as many people as I can about you and your great work. Many thanks.

Many congratulations on the award.

It usually takes the DWP 5-8 weeks to process a Tribunal result, I would give them a call to make sure that they have received the Decision Notice.
