Hi All is there anyone else out there who gets there renewal forms for ESA income related every 8 months as everyone I have spoken to gets theirs 2 year intervals! I have been fighting cancer for 5 years although I have just claimed for 4 years as had insurance and SSP the first year off sick ! I also have numerous disabilities for which I was on DLA and transferred to PIP with rates lowered ? I fought this through advice of Macmillan and took to tribunal and won my full award entitlement for 5 years in December 2015 at Tribunal - the stress almost killed me but it seems since then the ESA have been hounding me with these forms even though my doctors complete the cancer form on the back and they’re aware of all my incapacities from the endless medical health records submitted at PIP tribunal . I know the two benefits are different but surely they’re still under the same umbrella Any advice or answers would be appreciated. Thank you
