pip reveiw

hi hope you can help copied form to take to my doctor and asked if she could tick boxes to things that aply to my disabilitys she said they dont do it at their surgery, although she said if they req uested a report on my health conditions that im not improving in my mental and physical problems, and have seen a lot of consultants in the last 2 years and gave me copies of there reports to her do you think these letters will be enough for my new type review form. thanks

ime not sure if you havethe newest form out for review ,but i had a review form in feb this year ,and it had boxes which you have to tick , ,i had only just recently been diagnosed with fibro the time of me filling in the review form so i ticked the relevant boxes ,,but i also wrote down the difficulties istill have as if filling in the origanl claim form for pip ,, you dont have as much room but try pin point as much as you can ,,that what i did ,,if you have letters of referals for your ilnesess etc dont think it would hurt to attach them with form ,make sure you send copies though so you have your own to keep ,main thing is to try and build a clear picture of how you still struggle with discriptor ,,even if you tick box no change ,,still write down examples of the difficulties you face daily ,hope this helps ..
