Well guys got my decision in the post today and I am so shocked and confused.
Tribunal refused me PIP.
Says I score zero for daily living and mobility therefore insufficient to meet the threshold for the test.
I fail to understand how they have come to this decision.
I use aids everyday. I need help showering, dressing. Can’t work , cook or shop can’t walk far without stopping due to pain. I have many illnesses fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, IBS, damaged nerves, lower spinal issues and I score 0 at assessment and at tribunal ??? How is this possible I’m devastated and don’t know what I am going to do.

I am really sorry to hear this.
You have two choices moving forward, you can do one or the other or both.
- You may be able to appeal to the Upper Tier Tribunal to have the Decision overturned, you can't do this because you disagree with the Decision, only because you believe that there was an Error of Law in its making. See
What is an Error of Law?
The first stage to the process is to request a Statement of Reasons from the Judge in charge of the hearing.
Tribunals – Requesting a Statement of Reasons
This is a long process and the most likely result is a new First Tier hearing.
- You can make a new claim for PIP, there is no waiting time. However, you will need to give some thought about why your initial claim failed so you don't repeat the problems.

I think I am going to appeal the decision as u say... I just can’t put myself through the whole process again. Is there any other help out there besides PIP. ??
I’ve been trying to get hold of my local CAB for two days now but just can’t get through . Work is not an option for me and I’m just at a lose

The obvious benefit is ESA or UC if your postcode is in a UC Full Service area but this will require you to go through an assessment process not dissimilar to PIP.
