Hi, with all the media talk and speculation over Universal Credit today and the last few days, I have tried to find a copy of the UC claim form.
I am on ESA and in the support group and was thinking of the manual online transfer over, BUT, it seems that contributory is not included in UC.
I got this from another site.......
Universal Credit will eventually replace:
'Income based Employment and Support Allowance'
(I qualify for contributory ESA)
Am I right in thinking i will remain on ESA benefit and not be transferred to UC if my circumstances do not change. ??
Your help would be much appreciated.

I've moved your post to its own topic, we ask members not to post their questions in other member's topics as it can lead to the wrong advice being given or taken.
If you only receive Contribution Based ESA then your ESA will not be moved to UC.
