2 years ago I was put in the support group for ESA. I found a template letter on here to say that if I didn't get enough points in the descriptors could I be considered under the special circumstances. I sent a copy of this with my claim form as I have fibromyalgia. I had a f2f and was put in the support group. I think I may be coming up to being assessed again and I can't find a copy of the letter. Can anyone help please ?
