Incapacity to ESA Underpayment Advice was created by monrushaws

Hi,
Can anyone advise what action to take if you believe you were underpaid on the transition from Incapacity to ESA please? Do I actually have to request a form or will the DWP physically contact all who were underpaid as a matter of course? I am in NI.
I was never assessed for Income based when the changeover happened etc.

The DWP will be contacting all claimants who might be affected but with 10,000s of people potentially missing out, it could be some time.
