Recording PIP Assessment 2 Copys was created by martin
if you record your pip assessment after getting their permission , and you manage to get a duel recorder (which i can not find ) so they can have a copy, why do you need to give them a copy of the recording,

If they are writing everything done correctly on their laptop that is being said, then your recording should match everything they are writing down, and they wouldn't need a copy, or am i missing something.

Also what law states you need to give them a copy ,

Any thought

thanks

You don't need a dual recorder, two devices, such as two cassette recorders, will be allowed.

It's a condition of your being allowed to record the assessment that you provide a copy to the assessor. It's not written in law but if you refuse then the assessor does not have to submit to having the interview recorded.
