hypothetical question regards a PIP award

Ok so you get a TRUE report on your condition and awarded correctly for a duration of say 3 years, But, after 2 years you have to go through the process again and they find you 'fit' as a fiddle ( in their eyes!) and you have your original award quashed!
Given that the original award is for 3 years because the given evidence is read as true with medical evidence along with their reports,
Is their new decision an admission that they made a mistake at the first interview given that your ailment is life long and very unlikely to change!

An interesting argument maybe?

Thoughts here anyone

That's not the view that Tribunal panels are taking, in fact, the opposite.
