PA4 report 'Evidence' was created by fastmoggy
Just spent the afternoon going through the PA4 report for the MR report were doing and came across some interesting evidence they used which I hadn't sent them!
To PA4 reports dating back almost 5 years! and some called 'Audiogram' although no date attached to that we are not sure what that actually is and wondered if anyone knew here?
Thanks for any answees on this one

An Audiogram is a standard hearing test.

OH, Thanks for that . Shes been through so many tests were swamped with paperwork!
As for PA4's we didn't send them with evidence although they were 'favourable! '

If you did not send in the reports then you should be asking about the validity of the information, assuming that they are not supportive of your claim.
