PIP assessor's report- evidence considered.

Hello.

I'm currently appealing my son's PIP award at tribunal. On page 1 of the assessor's report under "List all evidence considered alongside the consultation findings" the assessor only lists the PIP questionnaire and not the supporting medical evidence I sent in. It does seem like they haven't been referred to as she contradicts many aspects of his pediatrician's reports. Could I use the fact she hasn't listed the evidence in my grounds for appeal?

Could I also ask whether this is common, or do most people have evidence listed on the assessor's report in this box?

Thank you very much for any thoughts on this.

Replied by Gordon on topic PIP assessor's report- evidence considered.

If there was evidence then it should have been listed so use it your advantage at the appeal but remember an award is only going to be made by your showing that you meet the criteria for one, this will help but it is not going to win your appeal for you.

Thanks Gordon. Yes,much of the evidence, I believe, showed my son met the criteria . It is just one of many issues I'm raising so it's good to know it may hold some weight.
