Yes, once you have been found Fit for Work then you can only be reassessed again if you;
- overturn the FfW Decision at an MR or appeal
- can show a deterioration of your existing conditions likely to lead to an award
- have a new condition

Just looked at my appointment letter and there is no contact number for the centre where my F to F is to be held.Gordon wrote: Karl
You need to ring the office where your appointment is, their number should be on the appointment letter.
Gordon
Only number on the appointment letter is for the main office in Leeds where the letter came from.
Cheers Karl.

Got there like they said 10 minutes before appointment my time only to be told they are running late.
They did not say how late and that was just the start of things.
55 minutes past my appointment time i get called in.
The assessor sets up the tape recording equipment, 3 minutes into my assessment the recorder stopped working.
The assessor played about with the recorder and set it going again. 3 minutes later it stops again.
The assessor said i have no idea what is wrong with it was working fine yesterday.
The assessor did say i could re-schedule the appointment but by this time i was in so much pain i just wanted it over and done with.
After my assessment had finished i voiced my disgust in the equipment not being fit for purpose to which the assessor agreed with me.
I have no idea now it went as you just cannot trust what they are typing in.
He seemed more interested that i had no aids in my house to help me out.
I did say that i have never been offered or asked if i wanted someone to come out to assess me.
He even suggested why don`t i sell my house and buy a bungalow. To which i said i cannot afford to.

A Decision should be 3-5 weeks so it could slip into the New Year but it is worth your ring just before Christmas as Decision Letters can easily take 10-14 days to arrive and of course, there will be increased delays over this period.
