Gordon you don't have to put up with this.
B&W guides and lots of help & support from the forum is keeping me from suicide.
BIG THANK YOU.

There must be another synapse 123 who has asked at least 40 questions in the last 2 years and six months! He/she is getting their money’s worth!

I don’t need Benefits And Work at this time.

However, with their guidelines I managed to get a bipolar friend HRC and LM. I Could leave it at that but I know if everyone who used the site and it’s information just left because they had won/lost their claim then the finance would not be there to keep the site afloat. To keep on the top of the information

Like synapse I consider my subscription a donation

Just the free Forum alone is worth more than the subscription and you know the advice is accurate. Looking at other forums the advice there, is often the opinion of well meaning amateurs and sometimes as incorrect as the DWP. Gordon together with Benefits & Work are a godsend and an investment for your future.

I agree with you about the value this site gives to its members. I have been a member of B&W for more years than I care to remember and have always found the site clearly states what the subscription is buying. As an example of this if you click the link 'How To Subscribe' from the menu on the extreme left you will see the following:

'What do I get when I subscribe?
Subscribe right now and you'll instantly get a full year's unlimited access to all our renowned guides to:
Employment and Support Allowance
Disability Living Allowance
Personal Independence Payment
You'll also be able to read all the DWP materials we've obtained using the Freedom of Information Act.
In addition, you'll get unlimited access to all our members only news stories and the chance to share worries, get support and make friends in our members only forum.'

To me this seems crystal clear and I find it hard to comprehend how the OP is able to maintain that they didn't know what they were paying for when they paid their subscription!

I'm with Becca. I continue to pay my annual subscription every year because I might not need it that year, but I know that when I do the site will still be here. B&W with the help of their guides and useful information from the Moderators on this forum have assisted me through several WCA's and appeals and I for one am so grateful that they are here.

If you are so disappointed in what you have gained from the process of subscribing, why on earth have you continued to do so for two years?
