ESA3 IBR was created by AC
Hi I've just received the ESA3 IBR form to complete.
Do I need to send originals for bank statements?
Since the date they have given, May 2014, and now I have had over £5000.00 but less than £16,000 in bank accounts, but I have opened and closed/transferred bank accounts during this time.
Do I need to send proof of these closed account or do they need just the most up to date statements from my current and savings account.
I'm also nervous about completing the form as I don't want to jeopardise by ESA Contr Support group. Is it a good idea to fill in this form?
Thanks for you help

I think that they will want to see the original statements.

Any savings over £6000 will reduce the amount of ESA(IR) that you are entitled to and as the amount of savings you have appears to have varied then you will need to show how this has happened over the period covered, this will include the accounts you have now closed.

The worst case is that you are not entitled to any ESA(IR), there should be nothing in the assessment that will affect your ESA(CB),

I can't tell you whether you should complete the form or not but you could be owed £1000s
