PIPS back payment after tribunal was created by Rosiebud
With the help of B & W I was successful with my tribunal appeal. I really appreciate the information and help I found here and want to thank all those involved. I also want to ask if anyone has any idea of how long you have to wait to get backpayment and indeed, any kind of recognition from PIPS that you have been successful.

I went to tribunal on 23 November and have yet to hear anything from PIPS.

Thank you again

A very well done to your, congratulations.

It usually takes the DWP 5-8 weeks to process a Tribunal result, if you haven't already done so, I would contact them to make sure that they have received the Decision Notice.

Hi, Rosiebud,

Congrats on winning your tribunal.

Just as an example with mine:

hearing - 1st Nov
result picked up by DWP person - 2nd Nov
received letter with new award - 27th Nov
back payment received in bank - 28th Nov (with regular payment of existing award)
