Hello
I have been granted ESA support group based on my last report and a small selection of evidence plus doctors letter of support. There is no mention of being exempt from reassessment so I know this will mean I could be reassessed again, I am 61. What I want to know is would it be beneficial for me to obtain a copy of the decision makers report. Thanks

It will allow you to understand how the SG was awarded and also if there were any areas that you were less successful with, the prognosis should give you an idea of when you will be reassessed.

is it medical report esa85 and I seem to remember there is a link to the Government site to request?

It's an ESA85 if you had a face to face and an ESA85A if you didn't, just contact the DWP office that dealt with your claim, their information will be on the Decision Letter.
