You don't say what the date of the Decision you appealed was, but you should be eligible to receive backdated payments from this date until at least the 03/01.

By making a new claim for DLA, you have limited the backpayments you should receive to, when your new claim was made, unfortunately, this is the catch-22 that many claimants face with DLA.

Back dated payments can take as long as six weeks to be paid.

Yes, you should receive a back payment for just under 7 months DLA

Hopefully, you will meet continue to meet the requirements on your new claim.
