Received letter from dwp today-Incapacity benefit to ESA Support Group without medical and GP report-have rheumatoid arthritis,osteomylitis,cicaticial pemphigoid,asthma,diabetes and heart condition.I am absolutely certain this would not have been possible without your website and guides.Many,many thanks for your assistance.
