ESA50 Form and WRAG

I have just completed the new awful ESA50 form using PDF on my computer. Most of the boxes on the new form are far too small and I have had to use attached pages to continue what I want to say.
However I am not sure if I should attach the attachmets after the relevant page or put them all together at the back of the form with the letters giving medical evidence. Can anybody help me with this.
Also can DWP force me back to work if placed in WRAG?

Hi dr,

As the ESA50 is a DWP document, I would not tamper with the sequence of pages. Therefore, it would be better to add any extra A4 pages etc at the end. Number them, and refer to them within the ESA50, e.g. "Continued at page xx".

You can then either staple it all together, or attach them as best you can.
