Hello everyone 
I would like to say a GREAT BIG THANK YOU to all on the team at Benefits and Work. I have just received a letter from the DLA to say that I have been awarded higher rate mobility indefinitely, without having been assessed by their own doctors but upon the paperwork and evidence that I provided them with, this is now my second victory in the changes that have been made to my benefits ,the first being migrated from IB to ESA again without having to go for a medical but upon the paperwork and evidence that I provided them with, it says to me that if you follow the guidelines provided here on BW and put the time and effort to gather and provide them with as much information as possible the decision is more likely to be in your favour.
