Can I ask to see the report the doctor has sent .

ATOS will now return your file to the DWP for a Decision on your claim to be made, as there was no face to face assessment you should be placed in either the WRAG or the Support Group.

Your GP's report will be on an ESA113 and there will also be an ESA85A prepared by an ATOS doctor, you should be able to request both from the DWP over the phone although we recommend following up in writing.

If you are placed in the WRAG then you will be expected to participate in Work Related Activity

Work Focussed Interviews

Work Programme

Also, your ESA(CB) will only be payable for 365 days, after which you will need to check whether you are eligible for ESA(IR) which is dependant on household income, assets and savings, and any hours that a partner works.

Asset rule for ESA(IR)

24 hour work rule for ESA(IR)

None of the above apply if you are in the Support Group.

Your DLA will be moved to PIP at some over the next 5+ years. If it is an indefinite award then it will be after 2015, if a fixed one then it will probably be when it renews.
