I had my 2nd ESA medical assesment scheduled for the afternoon of the 20th June 2013 but when I arrived with my support worker they advised me they wished to rearrange the medical for a later date. Thye did so then and there for this coming Friday 12th July.
In the post Saturday just gone another letter from ATOS arrived to tell me they have
yet again rescheduled my assessment for very early morning on the Monday the 29th July 2013.
I have never requested my medical be rearranged.
Due to the amount of cancelling/rearranging they keep doing with reference to my medical, it has seriously compounded all my mental health issues.
What I'm trying to say is there any procedure for taking action against them for their relentless cancelling of my esa medical ?

You can make a complaint to ATOS and I would also consider involving your MP.
Complaining to ATOS Healthcare
Contacting your MP
