Will lcwra and uc payment be affected by drawdown on private pension if taxed? N was created by Vic
I drew down the tax free amount to pay off debts.
I drew down a further £2,000 to cover more.
I am now in receipt of lcwra, PIP and UC.
Will £2,000 registered on hmrc for tax be held from my monthly payments?
Will the tax free amount (£5,000) also be held?

UC will be affected if you have over £6k in savings, you need to speak to a specialist Welfare Rights Organisation; advicelocal.uk , they will be able to take all your circumstances into consideration when giving you any advice.
