Hi, I was wondering if there is anything I can do to speed up the process for updating my mobile number to enable me to access my uc online account, still waiting for a confirmation phone call from jobcentre now getting close to 6 weeks since I first advised them of my change, I now also have a new address and new GP and can't update them. When they request something from us we are given a deadline, why can't I give them a deadline for my requests?? I am totally frustrated and is impacting my health situation.
