The trial of the Atos Two has been set for 27 and 28 February 2012 at Nottingham Magistrates Court. Both were arrested following a peaceful protest outside the Atos medical assessment offices in Nottingham in September last year and have been charged with aggravated trespass. Both pleaded not guilty to the charge of aggravated trespass at their initial court hearing – see previous news story on 28 November 2011.

A demonstration outside Nottingham Magistrates Court is planned for 9.00am on 27 February 2012. Nottinghamshire (Notts) Defence Campaign is also looking for potential expert witnesses to give evidence at the trial. Further information about the trial, including a statement of support, and other events being planned to coincide with the trial can be found here.
