      @Malc Malc
      It depends on what day of the month you receive your UC payment as to when the increase will be given.  Sounds as if you are like me - should see the increase from next month.

    Hello, I received the 50 page ESA form today, I am doing ESA and I don't know what this booklet is for? Is there a problem if I don't fill it out?

    I’ve had a letter I’m now in esa support group so I’m getting more for that. About £60 a month. It’s showing from next April it will go up from £73 per week to £228 a week. Great but I don’t think it is right….though I hope it is. 😁

    I got my ESA today, no increase but noticed I’m short by £5, anyone else?
    I have no loans or anything with DWP I do claim carers for my mom but have been doing so for over a year and already had my benefits adjusted accordingly. Just seems a little strange.

    Got my esa this morning but no increase , suppose to take effect form the 8th April but seems like no one got it

      @Lozza You'll get the increased amount in the first full period after the increase. ESA is paid in arrears, so if you got paid on the 11th that's for the two weeks up to the 11th. Your next payment will be the one that's higher.

      @Jason As stressful as it is, ask for a second opinion if they say no, apply for a tribunal. When I claimed ESA years ago I had to do this process and over the last year had to do it with PIP. Do not take what they say as the definite, a tribunal is neutral, fair and unbiased and will allow you to explain in detail your health condition! Dont give up!

    I claim both Carers allowance and child DLA but have not received the annual uprating letter for either benefit yet. Getting a bit worried now, they usually arrived in March!

    Anyone had there's and when did they arrive?
    Or are DWP just real late sending them out this year for some reason?

    I always notice since I been on esa I don't  know why the new awards letters keep saying a amount  of money only applies for 6 months even I get the same amount continued to April.
