f you have already subscribed, but keep getting told you need to subscribe when you go to the Members only pages, please try ticking the 'Remember me' box before you login. This often solves problems with access.
If you are having problems with downloading or opening the guides, please check the information below before contacting our technical support.
Where do I get the members only guides from?
To download the guides, log into the site, click on Members Only Guides in the left-hand menu, click on the benefit you are interested in in the same menu and then double click on any guides you wish to download.
I only get part of the guides, there are lots of pages missing.
It sounds like you may be downloading the sample guides from the public area of the site rather than the full guides from the members only area.
To download the full guides, log into the site, click on Members Only Guides in the left-hand menu, click on the benefit you are interested in in the same menu and then double click on any guides you wish to download.
I can't download the guides. I get a message saying the files can't be found or the files don't exist.
It's often more effective to right-click on a guide and save it to your computer before opening it, rather than opening it online.
Choose a guide you want to access,
right click on the link,
left click on 'Save target as . . ',
you should then see a selection of folders from your own computer, double click on the folder you want to save the guide in,
left click on 'Save',
you should see a box telling you that it's saving, when it says download complete, left click on 'Open' and the guide should open.
If this doesn't work, try a different browser.
When I download a guide and open it I just see rows of numbers and random letters.
Most of our guides are in .pdf format, allowing them to be opened on any computer. However, you do need the right - free - software - to read the guides. Most people use Adobe Acrobat Reader. Usually this is already installed on computers. However, if it wasn't already on your computer, or it's an old version, you may need to download a newer version.
To get the right version of Adobe, please visit their website and choose from the drop down menus at:
