Thank you for your advise the DSS HAVE SAID THAT I need to send in the new ESA50 so I am completing it now to get it to them before Christmas. As I only had results from my GP on Monday 16th Dec I do not yet have dates for the hospital, so will provide all the evidence I can with the form. Regards Christine
