New Benefit Rates was created by DaPa
With regards to the proposed benefit increases from April 2014, the figures do not come up to the amount I am currently receiving.

Would I be correct in saying that mine will not increase until the rates rises above my current rate?

Hi WD,

For claimants who have been transferred over to ESA from IB, IS or SDA, the figures in the uprating document may not be applicable, as they are covered by "Transitional Protection".
