Hi,

I know these are rare so thought I would post although it is not my own, I am still on DLA following a recent reassessment.

My sister is entitled to WRAG ESA for her mental health problems and her claim for PIP has recently been DECLINED.

Sad news, especially when it has taken over 6 months since applying. I have advised her to appeal (well my mother, who has to deal with this for her as she cannot do it herself).

Sorry to hear this.

PIP is subject to Mandatory Reconsiderations, so have a look at the relevant PIP guide.
