I've got one week left to get the forms in. I'm at page 27. Its a good idea to send photo copies of the previous claim. I may do it with this once completed. Be interesting to see how we all get on. My envelope is for Blackpool

I would be cautious in doing this, first you do not want the DWP to be confused as to which forms to use for this assessment, secondly, these forms related to how your child was when they were last assessed, whilst this could be to your advantage, it could also be to your disadvantage, whilst they are evidence in the broader sense they may not be see as such in a narrower view.

Just to say that I've had a decision that they are leaving the award at the same rates as the previous pre-16 award but 'looking again' this December. :) x

We had ours back too. Took about 10 days. I filled it all in and sent about 10 letters from various people, professionals involved in my sons life. Had an indefinite award at the same rates. Although it isn't as PIP will come in at some point and we will have to do the forms for that. But I am very happy at the outcome and the length of award.
My friend filled them in also for her son and highlighted the bits about not needing to fill in the relevant sections if nothing had changed. I think she sent a covering letter pointing out this. She got a reply after about a month and hers is an indefinite award at the same rates also. So we both did it different ways and got the same result.
