I do not go to my doctors re my illness as if I see my specalist quite often and are trying different New drugs at the moment. If I have a problem I have a number at the hospital to contact and more often than not Dee someone in 48 hours I have made appointment but find the situation quite worrying and my only that the phone call was at 1945.

If you have not been asked to complete a new ESA50 recently then I think it unlikely that it will be anything to do with your ESA. There are lots of reasons why your GP might want to see, none of which are related to your benefits, perhaps the hospital have asked them to monitor your situation in regard to these new drugs?
As to the time of the call, they may have been working late or wanted to be reasonably certain that you would be home, they may not realise that you are not working.

Any new drugs that I have are not normal prescription you get from the doctor but it is delivered by van from outside people that is why I am confused with doctors getting involved I have not had any forms to fill in

I am afraid that the only way you will know is to go and see them.
