our 20 year old son suffers from phenotype autism. after going through so many appeals finally an Atos examiner is coming home to asses our son. he is currently attending university with high level of support the course is computers as he is obsessed with them. we support him at home as our LA (social services) stopped his support 2 years ago without notifying us and now avoid talking to us or tackling our problems. we have now again received a self assessment questionnaire. can anybody help/advice in regards to both.

To avoid any misunderstanding, as I am reading your query, an ATOS HCP (Assessor) is coming to your home to carry out an ESA Assessment ?

In the mean time, you have received an ESA50 Questionnaire to fill in and return to ATOS ?
