If you ask for a reassessment, this will start a new ESA50 form +/- a face2face assessment. Any decision arising from this will be appealable in the usual manner.

It really is starting to get annoying, and is bloody rude and disrespectful, when the Moderators keep putting links in there replies for the benefits and work subscription. I see it all the time, especially when it's a new member asking for help for the first time. Let people decide for themselves whether they want to subscribe or not. So just chug off with the links will you...

Hi JA,
I think you are totally misunderstanding the way B&W works.
To post on the forum, you must be a payed up "member", therefore any "member" who posts a query has full access to any of the links that we may provide. (as they have already subscribed)
You cannot access these links if you are not logged in, even if you are member.
To be absolutely clear, anyone that tries to access information from one of the links provided by Mods, who is not a member, or has not logged in will be directed to the Login/Subscription page, for obvious reasons.
N.B. some of the links that we provide, e.g. to external sites, can be accessed by non members.

What a nasty rude person this site is the cheapest at £20 per year unlimited access and best site on the internet and the mods who give their time volountary despite their own disabilities to help people are a godsend. Even the forums are helpful without paying a subscription, this is probably one of those people who wants everything for nothing! Doubt you'll get an apology from the person concerned.
