Don't qualify for ESA support group through ESA NI

Thanks Gordon for your very clear reply. Just wanted to let you know that at the end of last Friday I received a calll from the DWP office dealing with my claim to let me know that I/you were right and the JC advisor who'd was wrong.

She told me that she'd talked to my particular advisor and let that whole department know what the rules were and apologised for the DWP person I'd called who'd also got it wrong. It is very worrying that not only do the staff not seem to know their own rules because the system is so complex, but also that an advisor would call me at home when I suffer from mental and physical health problems and then quite agressively warn me against getting advise from anyone but them, rather than admit they may not know the answer to my questions. . I didn't receive an apology from her.
