Concerning my outstanding appeal I sent by recorded delivery a formal complaint letter. On again contacting the call centre I was told that proof of delivery does not mean they have the letter because it takes 8 - 10 working days to work its way through the mail handling site!! So in effect giving them all that time to mislay or 'lose' it after it has been signed for.
