DLA1A Jan 2013 compared to DLA1A MAY 2010

To all intents and purposes I think I should be able to just repeat what I wrote last time (which I did with the help of your fantastic guides) - am I correct in thinking this?
My Question is this - is there anything I need to be wary of with regard to major changes in legislation.
My claim was successful last time. I realise this may not be the case this time, but I am beginning to panic that there is someting I havent taken into account.

onelittlefish wrote: Hi, My DLA is about to end and I have been sent a new DLA form to complete. I last filled in a DLA1A in May 2010, and the new form is dated Jan 2013. I have compared the forms, and they appear virtually identical. My medical conditions are virtually unchanged; and I have a letter from my GP/Specialist. I realise I need to fill in the form in as much detail as last time, as its being classed as a new claim.

Hi olf,
There have been no major changes to DLA legislation since 2010, so no worries there.
If your conditions have not deteriorated or improved, and your resulting walking limitations/care needs have not increased or diminished, then there should not be a problem in approaching tthe filling in of the DLA form in the same fashion.
Remember, you will be reviewed on how you are now, so make sure that the information provided is current.
