I have noticed this same error with one of my clients who made a claim for ESA, it may be a clerical error.
For advice you could speak to the CAB or your local welfare rights organisation, a google search for "welfare rights in (insert town or city)".

This is a rather odd situation here ! … I say this as after I was awarded Support Group status, I raised this very issue.
I asked the manager about this same situation…
If after 2 years I was down-graded from support group into say the WRGA or JSA, would I still be able to make a full CB based claim ? I was told “YES”
I then asked even though you would be using the years in which I had paid no contributions myself and it was only the DWP paying my contributions ? I was told, during your time in the Support Group the DWP pays a “FULL NI Contribution on your behalf” ! Therefore allowing a CB claim to be made !!!
I was always under the impression that in such a case the DWP always paid a FULL stamp on your behalf !
