ESA MEDICAL AFTER SENDING IN FORMS LAST AUGUST

Hi I apologise if this has been asked about previously but I haven't used site for a long time.

I have been sent appt to have face 2 face assessment after sending completed forms in to Atos last August and I am now a nervous wreck as never expected to be sent for medical As I was put into support group straight away first time round.

My medical is 4th april so I was wondering if anyone can maybe give me some advice before I go there on what to expect etc.
