Can you tell me (roughly) when ESA350 questionnnaires are sent out prior to a reassessment date. I am due to be reassessed around end of July so I'm guessing I should receive the form end of May?? That is, if they do not defer my assessment for two years as a result of the backlog.
We would expect the form to be sent out about two months in advance of the re-assessment date, as there is considerable uncertainty over the current deferment of re-assessments at the moment I would recommend that you contact ATOS, closer to the time, to see whether they intend to issue one, just in case it gets lost in the post.
