A lot of the questions will ask you about a typical day. Certain assumptions will be made based on the answers you give. If, for example, they ask if you have any pets and you say you have a dog it will probably be assumed you can take it for a walk and therefore have no mobility limitations.

I got the "we'll be in touch" letter over two weeks ago and still haven't heard anything. Do I have responsibility to chase them up ? I

Whether you should "pester" them over this issue is up to you.
